Oktoberfest is known at the "Largest Volksfest (People's Fair) in the World," and appropriately characterized as such here at St. Ann!  This year marks our 27th annual Fall Festival and we are going back to the original theme of Oktoberfest!

Invitations have been mailed!  The event will again be inside the gymnasium of St. Ann School.  We will have RESERVED SEATING this year, therefore, please return your Table Host Information Cards to Mari Platt as soon as possible.

   4:00  Community Harvest Mass at St. Ann Church

5:00  Registration in School Library           

Silent Auction Begins

6:00  Prayer – Fr. Keith

Buffet dinner catered by Beethoven’s German Restaurant in Paola, KS

7:30  Silent Auction tables begin closing

8:00  Mike Debus Painting begins (Live Auction Item!)

8:30  Live Auction presented by Nigro Brothers *Everyone please take your seats!

9:00  Raffle drawing (following Live Auction)

10:30  Last Silent Auction table closes

11:00  Cashiers Close – School Library

11:00 to 1AM  After Party

The Bar

Purchase a $20 commemorative beer stein and/or wine glass and enjoy complementary beer and wine all evening!!  Steins and glasses will be available for purchase at CHECK-IN. 

If you are drinking by the glass, your bid number is all you need to purchase beverages at the bar.
